Features
Flush-Design
All sections: heating, cooling, filtration, and ventilation; have identical external dimensions and smooth internal transitions, without stepped constrictions. Such a cross-section reduces internal air turbulence and ensures laminar flow. Less aerodynamic resistance means the turbines run quieter, with lower power consumption and a longer motor lifespan.
Working in Saturated Moisture
The unit's thermodynamics are adapted to the greenhouse's saturated atmosphere. Two specially designed heat exchangers, for heating and cooling, perform drying and condensation through simultaneous operation.
An increased fin pitch prevents cohesive bridging - the grouping of droplets into a water barrier - so airflow remains constant even at maximum condensation, with minimal pressure drop.
An integrated drip eliminator with a reservoir and siphon system prevents moisture intrusion into the ductwork and drains the condensate during the drying process.
Airflow and CO2 control
Integrated dampers control the airflow in the grow room and the CO2 concentration by introducing fresh air. The system constantly measures the characteristics of the outside air and utilizes its accumulated energy, especially during the transitional seasons.
At low outdoor temperatures, a thermometer in the mixing chamber prevents the uncontrolled intrusion of cold air and the formation of ice. The damper's lever mechanism is designed so that its moving parts do not freeze.
Hydro group
Fewer connections provide a shorter fluid path and less control loss. Valves with a smooth trim profile allow for virtually silent flow, without hydraulic shocks, cavitation, and turbulence. Reduced hydraulic resistance eases the load on circulation pumps, reduces electricity consumption, and extends the system's lifespan.
One Click Data Link
All sensors: temperature, humidity, and CO2; and all actuators are factory-wired inside the chamber itself. The integrated MADS module consolidates the signals into a single digital stream, so the connection to the control system is made with a single cable. Installation is faster, and there are no wiring errors in the field.
Fail-safe and manual mode
All key drive components: damper actuators, valve motors, and turbine regulators - have a manual bypass function. In the event of an electronic failure, the operator manually adjusts the parameters and maintains the microclimate until service arrives.
Assembly and Air Intake
The chamber is installed inside the building, in a mechanical room or hallway. Fresh air is drawn through a roof flue, with a hood that protects the intake from precipitation.
The unit is therefore not exposed to the weather, and servicing and maintenance are performed indoors. This installation requires space within the building and a roof penetration, so it is chosen when conditions permit.
