Architecture of the industrial system

Central energy resources and main distribution

The system relies on central hot and cold water generators (boiler plants and chillers).
An industrial main distribution system delivers the prepared fluid to each individual (AHU) unit.

Automatic energy redistribution

Spaces in different stages of cultivation (incubation, fruiting, harvesting) have drastically different energy requirements. The implemented algorithm automatically allocates thermal and cooling energy where it is most needed at any given moment, thereby avoiding equipment oversizing and reducing operating costs.

Dedicated AHU units per room

Air handling units (AHUs) perform dedicated air processing according to the current technological phase for each room individually. This ensures the stability of the microclimate and the complete continuity of the technological process without the rooms influencing one another.

Supervision and Guidance: MYCO Controller

The central process control brain is the MYCO process controller. It is equipped with a factory-installed database of process recipes with parameters for all growth stages.
A single MYCO controller independently manages the process in two rooms, with the ability to automatically transition from one stage to the next.

Advantage: Maximum reliability and robustness. Easy programming for beginners and experts. Even for large facilities with dozens of different rooms, MYCO allows for independent fine-tuning for each room and each stage.
