Equipment for industrial mushroom production
Measuring and electronic equipment, air preparation units - from hobby to industry

Complete system for industrial production
Measuring devices, process controllers, and air conditioning units
We are one of the few companies that develops software and process controllers to manage the complete technological process - from the incubation phase to harvesting. Our product line includes measuring equipment, sensors, probes, control units, and air preparation systems, tailored for both small-scale producers and large industrial systems.
CSV equipment is designed according to industry standards and offers full compatibility with solutions from the world's leading manufacturers.

FAQ
Four questions we get at every first meeting.
The system is intentionally designed so that it does not depend on us. The components are standard industrial parts and are purchased from any industrial supply store; there is no part that you can get only from us.
The control software is located on the PLCs themselves. There are no licenses to renew, no connection to our server, and no updates that someone has to deliver. When you change three generations of computers in ten years, the devices keep working the same. All protocols are standard, open, and remain your property.
As a rule, no. Through the MADS interface, our system connects to equipment from other manufacturers, including older generations. For one client, we only replaced the controls on Dutch climate chambers; the mechanics, piping, and frequency drives remained, and the system worked from day one.
What exactly remains depends on the condition of the mechanics and how the facility is wired, which is assessed on-site before anything is ordered.
If you only need to view parameters for now, and not process control, the Gajilište on the Palm solution is installed without any modification to the existing installation.
No. Device access is divided into four levels, so the operator only sees what they need for their job. On the first level, there are three screens: process startup and monitoring.
Recipes for all phases are already in the device, with over two thousand parameters, so production starts without any value input. Adjustment for your own compost is possible, but it is not a requirement to begin operation.
Training is part of the service and takes a few hours. How deep you go into the system is up to you; the third and fourth levels exist for people who are developing their own technology.
The process does not stop. All key drive components: damper actuators, valve motors, and turbine regulators, have manual bypass. The operator takes over ventilation, heating, and cooling and maintains the room conditions until service arrives.
Deviations are reported before they become a problem: alarms are categorized as warning, process error, and technical failure, with a description of the fault and its exact location.
In facilities with multiple controllers, each controller manages its own rooms independently, so a failure in one area does not stop the rest of production.
