Features

Flush-Design

All sections - heating, cooling, filtration, and ventilation - have identical external dimensions and smooth internal transitions, without stepped tapers. This cross-section reduces internal air turbulence and ensures laminar flow. Less aerodynamic resistance means the turbines run quieter, with lower power consumption and a longer motor lifespan.

Working in Saturated Moisture

‍The unit's thermodynamics are adapted to the greenhouse's saturated atmosphere. Two specially designed heat exchangers, for heating and cooling, perform drying and condensation through simultaneous operation.

An increased fin pitch prevents cohesive bridging - the grouping of droplets into a water barrier - so airflow remains constant even at maximum condensation, with minimal pressure drop.

The integrated drip eliminator with a reservoir and siphon system prevents moisture intrusion into the air ducts and drains condensate during drying.

Airflow and CO2 control

Integrated dampers control the airflow in the growing room and the CO2 concentration by introducing fresh air. The system constantly measures the characteristics of the outside air and utilizes its accumulated energy, especially during the transitional seasons.

Hydro group

Fewer connections provide a shorter fluid path and less control loss. Valves with a smooth trim profile allow for virtually silent flow, without hydraulic shocks, cavitation, and turbulence. Reduced hydraulic resistance eases the load on circulation pumps, reduces electricity consumption, and extends the system's lifespan.

One Click Data Link

All sensors - temperature, humidity, and CO2 - and all actuators are factory-wired inside the chamber itself. The integrated MADS module consolidates the signals into a single digital stream, so the connection to the control system is made with a single cable. Installation is faster, and there are no wiring errors in the field.

Fail-safe and manual mode

All key drive components: damper actuators, valve motors, and turbine regulators - have a manual bypass function. In the event of an electronic failure, the operator manually adjusts the parameters and maintains the microclimate until service arrives.

Assembly and Air Intake

The enclosure is installed outside the building and draws in fresh air directly, without a distribution duct. The housing is designed to withstand precipitation.

This configuration does not require space inside the building or a roof penetration, so it is chosen when the building lacks a mechanical room or when the equipment is intentionally kept outside the production area.
