Technical Underlayment for Design

The trouble-free operation of process equipment begins well before its installation. Successful greenhouse design requires clearly defined structural, microclimatic, and technological prerequisites as early as the initial planning phase.

‍

Incorrect room geometry, poorly dimensioned ventilation, or the absence of a siphon drainage system are common mistakes we frequently encounter in the field. Such errors often lead to the permanent inoperability of the facility, directly jeopardizing the achievement of the designed capacity or completely preventing the installation of process equipment.‍

‍

To prevent unplanned costs, subsequent rework, and delays, we fully coordinate our work with your designers and contractors from the very beginning.

CSV provides a comprehensive technical foundation across four key areas:

Building layout

Material specifications, dimensions, space optimization, air duct routing, and siphon drainage.

Logistics and Zoning

Definition of transport routes with strict separation of “clean” and “dirty” pathways.

Infrastructure and Energy

Sizing and integration of boiler rooms, chillers, main pipelines, and supply lines (water, steam, electricity, heating, and cooling).

Process Equipment

Specification, sizing, and positioning of AHAT units, distribution panels, control units, and sensor networks in the field.
